Our team strongly believes that fast fashion and two-day shipping can lead to hasty buying decisions and instant gratification, which are not environmentally or economically sustainable. In line with our values, we've implemented an exchange policy and production model that reduces expenses and emissions. At slø, we encourage you to take a moment and thoughtfully consider the products you purchase. We want you to think about the longevity of the style, the quality of the materials, and the ethics that were used in making this product. We take pride in ensuring that every step of the production process is done with utmost care and attention, from the manufacturing of the apparel, to the team that ensures you get the help you need. Our commitment to practicing ethical and sustainable procedures in all aspects of our work is rooted in our unwavering belief that the fashion industry must embrace sustainable and responsible initiatives to secure a better future for our planet. At slø, we take our responsibility seriously, and we believe that every purchase should reflect a shared commitment to environmental and social sustainability. Due to the nature of our production model, refunds cannot be offered. 

Exchange Eligibility: Items that are defective or damaged during shipping are eligible for an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit; as long as they haven’t been washed, worn outside, and the product tags have not been removed. Non-defect exchanges will be approved on a case-by-case basis; if we sent you the wrong size, cut, or color, you’re eligible for an exchange or store credit. If the issue was the result of user input, an exchange will not be granted. Additionally, we ask that you carefully consider your purchases, as we are not able to accept exchanges based solely on personal preference. This is a core aspect to the mission of sustainability we are addressing

Timeframe: Requests for an exchange must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. If there is a fault with the garment, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item. 

Proof of Defect: Customers must provide clear and detailed photos or videos of the defect or damage to be eligible for an exchange. We appreciate your understanding and support of our commitment to sustainable fashion. By working together, we can reduce waste and promote a more sustainable future for our planet.
